The Tokushima Indigo Socks won the 2011, 2013, 2014, 2017 and 2019 season titles in the Shikoku Island League plus by beating other teams in the Island League playoffs. They also won the 2020 season title (the playoffs were not held because of Covid-19). Former MLB pitcher Kazuhito Tadano temporarily played for them in September and October 2006. Players included Tai-Shan Chang, Pin-Chieh Chen, Jae-hoon Ha, Zaw Zaw Oo, Alejandro Segovia, Shungo Fukunaga, Hiroya Yamamura, Keisho Shirakawa, Tokumasa Chano, Junichiro Kishi, Masashi Yamamoto, Taisei Kudo, Koki Sugimoto, Yura Miyaji, Daiki Masuda, Takeru Furuichi, Montell Higuma, Hayato Hirama, Natsuki Toda, Yuki Tsurumoto, Tsuyoshi Shiiba, Tatsuto Kobayashi, Yusuke Kinoshita, Takahiro Irino, Hibiki Kato, Towa Uema, Kento Inoue, Toya Kawaguchi, Kunitada Shinozaki and Haruto Nakagomi.
