The Dunedin Blue Jays, of the Florida State League and briefly in Low-A Southeast, are back at home after an expected ballpark renovation and an unexpected displacement by their parent. The Toronto Blue Jays farmhands play their home games at TD Ballpark in Dunedin, FL.
On June 1, 2021, the D-Jays played at home for the first time since 2018. They played 2019 at Clearwater's Jack Russell Memorial Stadium, didn't play in 2020 as the minor leagues were shut down by the Coronavirus pandemic, and played May 2021 at Clearwater's BayCare Ballpark and Tampa's George M. Steinbrenner Field while travel restrictions related to the pandemic kept the parent Blue Jays in Dunedin for two months after spring training ended.
MLB's 2021 Minor League Reorganization lowered the D-Jays, and most of the FSL, one level.
Like seven of the other nine FSL teams, the Jays are owned by their parent club.
