2014 U-21 Baseball World Cup
The 2014 U-21 Baseball World Cup was the first and only edition of the U-21 Baseball World Cup, as the U-23 Baseball World Cup succeeded it. Participating were Taiwan, Czech, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Italy, Australia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, South Korea and Japan. It was held in Taichung, Taiwan.

- Nicaragua 18, Venezuela 5. Jorge Narvaez was 3-for-6 with 6 RBI and a dinger, and Marvin Martinez also knocked in 4 runs to help Nicaragua win their opener.
- Italy 7, New Zealand 2. Filippo Crepaldi completed 5 1/3 innings with only a run allowed to get the win, and Alberto Mineo hit the only extra-base hit for Italy with 2 RBI.
- Japan 9, Australia 7. Thanks to Robbie Perkins's fatal throwing error in the 9th inning, Japan came from behind and grabbed the win. Kenya Wakatsuki knocked in the winning run.
- South Korea 15, Czechia 5. Do-hyun Kim crushed a solo homer, and three Korean batters collected 3 RBI apiece as South Korea scored double-digit runs and got the win.
- Taiwan 15, Mexico 0. Chia-Hao Sung fanned 3 in 5 shutout innings, and Chih-Chieh Su went 3-for-3 with 2 walks and 2 RBI. Taiwan completed a 6-inning mercy-ruled shutout win.
