Biographical Information[edit]

Domantas Trinukas has been on the Lithuanian national team.

Playing for the Borgerhout Squirrels' minor league team in Belgium in 2025, he hit .421/.520/.526 and had a 1-1, 11.68 record. [1] In the 2025 European Championship, Lithuania played in their first European Championship. Trinukas made two mop-up appearances in mercy rule losses. Relieving Andrius Stravinskas with a 11-0 deficit, the bases loaded and two outs against Italy, he walked Filippo Agretti to force in a run then Lorenzo Morresi, Alberto Mineo, Giaconino Lasaracina and Miguel Fabrizio all singled to make it 16-0. He got Jhorjan Guevara to end the inning. Versus Switzerland, he took over for Gytis Morkūnas in the 6th, again with a 11-0 deficit. He got Rafael Eigenmann and Trevin Long but again had a run of four straight hits (to Devin Flühmann, Max Jung-Goldberg, Noah Williamson and Marc Willi) before retiring Livio Bundi. [2]
