Chih-Lin Lee played in the CPBL and for the Chinese Taipei national team.
Lee was selected by the Wei Chuan Dragons in the 3rd round of the 2024 CPBL Draft, and he represented Taiwan in the 2025 Asian Championship. He relieved Meng-Yang Lu in the 6th inning against Palestine, and he walked Yacoub Rayan first. Lee then fanned Charles Haddad, retired Luke Shahin and struck out Tariq Suboh to end the inning; Yu-Chieh Wang replaced him. He then succeeded Wei-Chiang Kao in the 7th inning against Hong Kong, and he forced Hon-Man Ashley Ma to hit a grounder then struck out the next two batters, Tsz-Yin Jordan Wen and Charlie Tsui, to end the game. Lee succeeded Kao in the 5th inning against Japan in the Gold medal game, and he continued his solid performance as he retired the first five batters he faced, with a strikeout against Manami Soeda. However, he then walked Yuki Sato, allowed a single to Shohei Mizutani and gave up a run due to a wild pitch. Yuki Tsujimoto then reached base due to an error, and Lee was replaced by Wang after he walked Toyo Kumada. Both runners scored later, and Taiwan lost to Japan. He made his CPBL debut on October 3 against the Fubon Guardiansm and he got his first career strikeout against Wei Li.
Lee's repertoire includes a fastball (peak 93.8 mph), curveball and sinker.
