Biographical Information[edit]
Manami Soeda played for the Nippon Express entry in the Industrial League, and he represented Japan in the 2025 Asian Championship.[1] He debuted against the the Philippines, going 2-for-4 with 2 runs scored. Soeda was then 3-for-4 with 2 runs scored against Pakistani national team, and he went 1-for-2 with 3 runs versus China. He went 3-for-4 against Chinese Taipei, and he was hitless in 4 at-bats against South Korea. In the Gold Medal Game, he was 3-for-6 with a double against Mu-Heng Chen and Japan beat Taiwan to win the Gold. Soeda led the tournament with 9 runs scored, and he tied Lord de Vera for the lead in hits with 12. He lost the All-Star nod at short to de Vera. [2]
