Appalachian Athletic Conference
The Appalachian Athletic Conference is an NAIA conference with members located in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia.
The conference was formed in the 2000-2001 school year by Alice Lloyd College, Bluefield College, King College, Milligan College, Montreat College, Tennessee Wesleyan College, Virginia Intermont College and the University of Virginia's College at Wise from the disbanding Tennessee-Virginia Athletic Conference along with Bryan College, Brevard College, and Covenant College.
