Aiman Faqih has been on the Malaysian national team.

He had a 0-2, 30.18 record in the 2024 East Asian Baseball Cup with 14 walks, 12 hits and 21 runs (19 earned) in 5 2/3 IP. He lost to Hong Kong's Ching Connor Kwok and to Indonesia's I Gusti Lanang Agung Trianjana. He was 2-for-6 with two HBP, two steals, two runs and a RBI, playing left field one game and DH one game. He tied Soknim Deap, Eleazar Jie Xian Ng and Netra Phon for the most losses, tied for 6th in pitching appearances (3), tied Phon for the most pitching starts (3), was 8th in hits allowed, trailed only Phon in runs allowed, allowed the most earned runs (two more than Ilya Sulaiman Dali), issued the most walks (4 more than Jia En Jeremiah Lo) and hit the most batters (6, one more than Wan Nazirul). His ERA, though, was second-best on a hit-hard Malaysian staff, behind Nazirul. [1]

In the 2025 Southeast Asian Games, he did a good deal better at 0-2, 8.10. He lost to Indonesia's Narendra Bismo Nugroho and Laos's Davy Phrathep. He tied Duong Nam Anh, Nazirul and Joshua Tam fr the most defeats, was 3rd in IP (13 1/3, behind Jyoji Ito and Nazirul), was 5th in hits allowed (15), tied Nguyen Ngoc Lanh for the most runs allowed (19), was 4th in earned runs (12), led with 11 walks (two more than Ardhi Tristan Shah), tied Duong for second in hit batsmen (7) and tied Dali and Pham Manh Chien for second in wild pitches (5).
