1965 Satchel Paige (07/07/1906); Lyndon B. Johnson (08/27/1908)

The nearest miss involved Nolan Ryan (01/31/1947) and Bill Clinton (08/19/1946) in 1993. Jamie Moyer (11/18/1962) came close, as well, during the Barack Obama (8/4/1961) Administration. None of the four players listed above were playing regularly at the time of their appearance.
