2026 All-Star Game

The 2026 All-Star Game will be the 96th edition of the Midsummer Classic. It will be played at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, PA on July 14, 2026. The site was chosen given that Philadelphia was the site of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776 and that this year marked the 250th anniversary of the event; the game's logo depicted the Liberty Bell, a symbol of that history. Philadelphia had also hosted the 1976 All-Star Game for the same reasons, and this year's game was one of the few events marking the 250th Anniversary of the United States free from the political overtones and polarization that had tainted celebrations everywhere, in marked contrast to those 1976. Both the 1976 and 1996 games had taken place at Veterans Stadium, Citizens Bank Park's predecessor which was hosting the event for the first time.

The 2026 Futures Game will take place before the game as part of the All-Star festivities, as will the 2026 Amateur Draft which will begin on July 11th. As per tradition, the annual Home Run Derby will precede the game by one day.
