Biographical Information[edit]

Luke Montz was drafted by the Montreal Expos in the 17th round of the 2003 amateur draft. He was signed by scout Ray Corbett and made his pro debut that summer.

Montz made his major league debut with the Washington Nationals in 2008 and played 10 big league games that year. He would have to wait until 2013 to play in the major leagues again, when he suited up for the Oakland Athletics for 13 games.

Montz became a manager with the Lowell Spinners in 2019.
