Biographical Information[edit]

Bobby Hill stole 29 bases with the Iowa Cubs in 2002. That same year, he hit .327 as a right-hander with the Chicago Cubs - albeit in only 52 at-bats.

He was the top contact hitter in the Americas qualifier for the 2008 Olympics, hitting .522/.667/.739 with 7 runs and 7 RBI in 7 games. He topped runner-up Earl Agnoly by 51 points and outperformed top Team USA prospects like Kurt Suzuki, Billy Butler and Jarrod Saltalamacchia.

Hill was head coach at Los Gatos High School in 2012-2014 [1], then moved to Mission College [2] for 2015.
