The 2003 Atlantic Coast Conference baseball tournament was held at Salem Memorial Ballpark in Salem, VA. #2 Georgia Institute of Technology defeated #3 North Carolina State University for the title. Georgia Tech's Brian Burks was named tournament MVP.
