    Tony Zych (SEA): Zych had offseason surgery on his back and his status for Opening Day against the Astros is unclear. (Back)
    Chris Tillman (BAL): Tillman had a platelet-rich plasma injection in his right shoulder and is not expected to be ready for Opening Day against the Blue Jays. (Shoulder)
    Jed Lowrie (OAK): Lowrie is recovering from surgery to repair damage to ligaments in his left foot but is expected to be ready for the start of the 2017 season. (Foot)
    Gerardo Parra (COL): Para is expected to suit up Opening Day against the Brewers as he has fully recovered from a high-ankle sprain. (Ankle)
