Biographical Information[edit]

Kyle Regnault played in the minor leagues and in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Regnault was 1-6 with a 3.80 ERA for the Worcester Tornadoes in 2012, and he went 4-2 with a 3.82 ERA for the Capitales de Québec in 2013. He had a 4-6 record with a 4.47 ERA in 2014, and the New York Mets signed him. Regnault notched 7 saves with a 1.99 ERA and a 4-4 record for the St. Lucie Mets in 2015, then he pitched 15 games with a 3.92 ERA for the Binghamton Mets in 2016. He also had a 1.80 ERA in 4 relief outings for the GCL Mets, and he completed 2 2/3 shutout innings for the Brooklyn Cyclones. Regnault then had a solid 1.17 ERA in Binghamton in 2017, and he got 34 appearances with a 5-0 record and a 3.28 ERA for the AAA Las Vegas 51s. He was 4-1 with a 4.77 ERA and 3 saves in Las Vegas in 2018, and the Hiroshima Carp signed him. Regnault notched 15 holds with a 3.34 ERA in 52 relief outings in 2019, and he signed with the San Diego Padres in 2020. He didn't pitch due to the COVID-19 pandemic shutting down the minor leagues. Regnault pitched 3 games with a 6.00 ERA for the Long Island Ducks in 2023, and his professional career ended.

Overall, Regnault was 16-5 with a 3.18 ERA and 12 saves, struck out 212 and pitched 231 innings in 4 seasons in the minor leagues.
