Biographical Information[edit]

Hao-Ju Tseng has been an outfielder in the Chinese Professional Baseball League.

Tseng played in the 1992 Little League World Series qualifiers, but Taiwan lost to the Philippines in the Far East championship and fell just short. He made his CPBL debut in 2004 with the La New Bears, hitting .223/.271/.287. He batted .208/.259/.305 in 2005 and .287/.366/.433 in 2006. In 2007, he fell to .246/.329/.361 in his first season as a full-time player. He improved to .280/.346/.409 in 2008 but faded to .243/.314/.400 in 2009. In 2010, he hit .259/.373/.400 and was at .247/.345/.386 in 2011, when the Bears became the Lamigo Monkeys.
