Ales Bizjak

Ales Bizjak was on the first Slovenian national team in a European Championship. Backing up Elvir Sadikovic in the 1995 European Championship, he debuted against Sweden, replacing Matjaz Peternel and being retired by Magnus Höglund, who threw a no-hitter that day. His only other game, he replaced Sadikovic and was retired by Germany's Michael DeGelmini. Ales Smrekar pinch-hit for him. In the field, he had a putout, an assist and an error. [1] He was with Kranjski Lisjaki for the 2001 European Cup. [2]
