December 6, 1976: Traded by the Kansas City Royals with a player to be named later and Jamie Quirk to the Milwaukee Brewers for Jim Colborn and Darrell Porter. The Kansas City Royals sent Bob McClure (March 15, 1977) to the Milwaukee Brewers to complete the trade.

December 12, 1979: Signed as a Free Agent with the San Francisco Giants.

February 2, 1983: Traded by the San Francisco Giants to the Montreal Expos for Chris Smith.
