August 12, 1980: Sent by the San Diego Padres to the Pittsburgh Pirates to complete an earlier deal made on August 5, 1980. The San Diego Padres sent a player to be named later and Kurt Bevacqua to the Pittsburgh Pirates for a player to be named later, Rick Lancellotti and Luis Salazar. The San Diego Padres sent Mark Lee (August 12, 1980) to the Pittsburgh Pirates to complete the trade.
