The nephew of Frank Shellenback, Jim Shellenback has been working in the Minnesota Twins organization since 1978. He was the team's pitching coach in 1983. Since then, he has been a manager and coach in their farm system. He is currently (2007-2008) pitching coach for the Elizabethton Twins.
