In 1995, he played briefly in the Kansas City Royals chain (after having been a strike replacement for them) and also played for the indy Winnipeg Goldeyes and St. Paul Saints. He wrapped up his career in 1996, again playing in indy ball, this time for Winnipeg and the Thunder Bay Whiskey Jacks.

Overall, he went 29-26 with a 3.99 ERA in 170 games (39 starts) at all levels. In 417 2/3 innings, he allowed 406 hits and 189 walks (1.425 WHIP), while striking out 364 batters.
