Biographical Information[edit]
Tai Sasaki has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.
Sasaki led the Aoyama Gakuin University won the 2024 All-Japan University Baseball Championship Series, and he was named the MVP of the tournament. The Hiroshima Carp selected him in the first round of the 2024 NPB draft after they lost the lottery for the rights to Rui Muneyama; the scout was Kenichi Takayama.[1] Sasaki debuted against the Yakult Swallows on May 20, 2025, and he got his first hit against Yasuhiro Ogawa on May 22.
