Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Randy Kramer was signed after being selected in the secondary phase of the 1982 amateur draft by the Texas Rangers and scout Rick Schroeder. He later became a Toronto Blue Jays scout, signing Kyle Anderson and Blake McFarland.
