Biographical Information

Peter Concepcion had a 3.50 ERA and was 0-for-1 for Guam in the 2022 U18 Oceania Championship. He debuted for the Guam national team in the 2025 Pacific Mini-Games; it is unclear if he was related to teammate Javier Concepcion. He relieved Franklin Ninete Jr. in the 4th with a 2-1 deficit against the defending champion Northern Mariana Islands and allowed four hits, a walk and five runs (three earned) in 3 2/3 IP, losing to Kevin Villagomez as Guam had taken the lead only to relinquish it. His first strikeout victim was Brian Camacho. His first plate appearance came as a pinch-hitter versus Fiji; he struck out against Marnoah Sorovakatini but reached on a strike-three passed ball. He finished the event 0-for-2, handling five chances error-free at 2B and P and posting a 0-1, 4.00 record in 3 games for the Silver Medal winners. He tied Anare Baleinabuli, Lemeki Biaudamu, Tayshaun Mendiola, Sorovakatini and Epeli Ratabacaca for the event lead in pitching appearances. He also tied Ray Rumong for 5th in IP.
