Biographical Information[edit]
Franklin Ninete Jr. followed his father Franklin Ninete onto the Guam national team.
He was Guam's high school MVP in 2022. [1] He allowed two hits, four walks and two runs (one earned) in seven innings when Guam won Silver in the 2022 Pacific Mini-Games, beating Palau's Ray Rumong. He also backed up Sean Egenias at 1B, going 1 for 6 with a double. [2] He was 0-1 with a 11.67 ERA and 1-for-6 with two walks in the 2022 U-18 Oceania Championship, losing to Australia's Allstair Tanner. [3] He was back with them for the 2025 Pacific Mini-Games, posting a 10.50 ERA with 7 walks in 3 2/3 IP and going 1-for-2, with a hit off Nolan Cruz. He tied Epeli Ratabacaca for third in walks issued. [4]
