Biographical Information[edit]
Outfielder Nolan Earley played college ball with the University of South Alabama Jaguars from 2010-2013. The Chicago White Sox drafted him in the 22nd round of the 2013 Amateur Draft and he played in their minor league system through 2015. Earley reached the High-A Winston-Salem Dash in his final season. He then moved to the independent Frontier League where he played mostly with the Southern Illinois Miners from 2016-2021. He took a one-year detour to the Milwaukee Milkmen in 2019.
According to his LinkedIn profile, Earley began his coaching career in 2020 as a coaching consultant.[1] He returned to affiliated ball when the San Diego Padres hired him to coach ACL Padres hitters in 2024-2026.
Nolan is the brother of Michael Earley.
