Mobile Bears

The Mobile Sea Gulls (1908-1917) became the Bears in 1918. The Bears changed to the Mobile Marines for 1931.

The Knoxville Smokies moved to Mobile on July 5, 1944, completing the circle, as the Mobile Marines had moved to Knoxville on July 22, 1931.
