Biographical Information

Pitcher Josh White was selected by the Miami Marlins in the 5th round of the 2022 amateur draft, out of the University of California. While at Berkeley, he played on the USA College National Team during the summer of 2021.

His major league debut for the Marlins on May 31, 2026 did not go very well as he gave up 5 runs on 4 walks and a hit in just two-thirds of an inning of relief in a 10-1 loss to the New York Mets; the one hit was a grand slam by Juan Soto.
