Biographical Information

Joseph Yabbour pitched in the minor leagues and for the State of Palestine national baseball team. He is the cousin of Ronald Acuña Jr., Luisangel Acuña and Bryan Acuna

Yabbour signed with the Minnesota Twins in 2019, but he was released in 2022. He then signed with the Seattle Mariners, and he was 2-0 with a 3.60 ERA for the DSL Mariners. The New York Mets then signed him, and he had a 3.24 ERA in 10 games for the FCL Mets and a 8.24 ERA in 14 appearances for the St. Lucie Mets. He teamed with Wellington Aracena and Brayhans Barreto on a no-hitter of the FCL Nationals. The Chicago White Sox then picked him in the 2024 Rule V Draft , and he went 2-1 with a 3.15 ERA for the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers. He also pitched 21 games with a 8.27 ERA for the Winston-Salem Dash.

Yabbour was on Palestine's roster for the 2025 Asian Championship, but did not get into a game.
