Biographical Information[edit]
Jong-sung Lim has played in Korea Baseball Organization.
Lim was drafted by the Doosan Bears in the 3rd round of the 2024 KBO draft, and he only played one game for the big club in 2024. He was the first Bears righty to hit a go-ahead grand slam, and he hit .277/.307/.398 in 33 games in 2025.[1] He then represented South Korea in the 2025 Asian Championship. Lim was 1-for-1 with a triple against Chun-Yin Alex Cheung of Hong Kong, and he was 0-for2 versus Chinese Taipei. He had a 0-for-4 record against Palestine, and he went 2-for-4 with 2 RBI versus China. Lim went 1-for-3 against Shota Masui of Japan, and he was 1-for-3 in the Bronze Medal Game; Korea beat China to won Bronze. [2]
