Biographical Information

John Caianiello played in the minor leagues for 3 years.

Caianiello represented the USA in the 1983 Intercontinental Cup, and he signed with the Chicago White Sox. He hit .278/.367/.304 for the Niagara Falls Sox in 1983, then he played 81 games with a .236/.356/.283 batting line for the Appleton Foxes in 1984. Caianiello's batting line fell to .191/.298/.230 in 1985, and his professional career ended.
