Biographical Information[edit]

Jeff Juden was signed as a 1st round pick in the 1989 amateur draft by the Houston Astros and scout Tom Mooney.

Juden managed to play for eight teams in eight seasons. He was also known as a guitarist, which may also have contributed to his unique personality. He once won 10 games in a row over a year and a half without losing.

He appeared in Games 1 and 5 of the 1997 World Series for the Cleveland Indians, both times relieving in games that Orel Hershiser had started.
