Biographical Information

Hiromichi Nakamura was drafted by the Nankai Hawks in the 2nd round of the 1985 NPB draft, and he had a 6.35 ERA in 14 games in 1986. His ERA was 9.39 in 10 games in 1987, and he was traded with Takayuki Shirai to the Chunichi Dragons for Koichi Emoto and Hidetsugu Nishimura. Nakamura only pitched 2 more games before he announced his retirement in 1989.
