Biographical information

The brother of former Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Andre Ethier, Devon Ethier was selected by the Dodgers in the 32nd round of the 2010 amateur draft after attending GateWay Community College in Phoenix, AZ. An outfielder, he played 2 games for the AZL Dodgers in his first professional season, getting a hit and 2 RBI in 5 at-bats. back with the same team in 2011, he hit .119 in 28 games. In 2012, he was with the Ogden Raptors of the Pioneer League and did slightly better, batting .169 with 5 doubles in 26 games, but obviously it wasn't enough to progress any further. He was released, ending his career.
