Biographical Information

Chin-Hao Yang played in the CPBL for 5 years.

Yang represented Taiwan in the 2011 Little League World Series. He was drafted by the Fubon Guardians in the first round of the 2017 CPBL Draft, and he spent his first season in the minor league (hitting .239/.338/.254). He improved to .279/.343/.380 in the minor league in 2019, and he also had a .222/.300/.309 batting line in 29 games with the big club. Yang then hit .167/.211/.241 in 2020, but he only played 12 more games for their big club before the Guardians traded him with Bin Yang to the Rakuten Monkeys for Tse-Bin Lin and Yao-Lin Wang on August 31, 2022. Yang hit .295/.318/.418 for the Monkeys in 2022, then he had a .238/.314/.424 batting line in 2023. He announced his retirement after the 2023 season.

Overall, Yang had hit .228/.305/.309 with 71 hit in 5 seasons in the CPBL.
