Biographical Information

Yuta Nakamigawa has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Nakamigawa was drafted by the Seibu Lions in the 7th round of the 2020 NPB draft; the scout was Mitsutaka Goto. He stayed in the NPB Farm Leagues in his first four seasons, and he crushed 10 homers with a .308/.369/.535 batting line in the minors in 2025. Nakamigawa was 3rd in homers in the Eastern League (tied with Kento Inoue and Ren Sawai), and he became the first development player to hit for a cycle, doing so on May 29. He made his NPB debut on July 10, and he was 2-for-9 with the top team before he fractured his right hand on July 16.
