Biographical Information

Yuma Yasuda has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Yasuda was drafted by the Rakuten Golden Eagles in the 2nd round of the 2021 NPB draft; the scout was Jun Yamada. He went 2-for-10 in 2022, and he played 53 games with a .218/.323/.318 batting line as Rakuten's backup catcher behind Hikaru Ohta in 2023. Yasuda improved to .262/.297/.361 in 34 games in 2024.
