Biographical Information

Yu-Li Lin represented Taiwan in the 2025 Asian Championship, and he went 3-for-3 against of Palestine, with a 3-run double against Kyle Bader. He collected a RBI single versus Ji-hwan Shin of South Korea, and he hit a triple against Yui-Fung Wong of Hong Kong. Lin went 0-for-3 against Japan, and he recorded 2 singles in 3 at-bats against China. Lin was Taiwan's starting shortstop in the Gold Medal Game, and he went 1-for-3 with a double against Kazuki Kondo; Taiwan lost to Japan in that game. Lin was named the Outstanding Defensive Player of the event.
