Biographical Information[edit]
Yoshimitsu Okano signed with the Chunichi Dragons in 1962, and he was 11-for-35 in his first season. He went 1-for-9 in 1963, and he had a 2-for-13 record in 1964. Okano then hit .154/.185/.269 in 26 games in 1965, and he only got 2 at-bats in 1966. He went to the Kintetsu Buffaloes in 1967, and he was 4-for-25. He played 2 games in 1968, and he announced his retirement.
