Biographical Information

Yasuyuki Fujihara was drafted by the Kintetsu Buffaloes in the first round of the 1979 NPB draft after they lost the lottery for the rights to Akinobu Okada, and he was 1-2 with a 6.35 ERA in 1980. He only pitched 5 more games combined for the big club before he announced his retirement in 1987.
