Biographical Information[edit]

Walter Ladore Jr. pitched two games for the Federated States of Micronesia national team in the 2025 Pacific Mini-Games. He beat Francisco Lieto of the defending champion Northern Mariana Islands in his first game; it was Micronesia's first Pacific Games win in 20 years as they had last appeared in the 2005 South Pacific Mini-Games and had dropped their '25 opener. He thus got the nod for the Bronze Medal Game, also against the Northern Marianas, but this time was rocked in a loss to Anthony Tenorio. He had 7.00 ERA for the Games. The southpaw finished second in the tourney in IP (10, four shy of Tayshaun Mendiola), allowed the most hits (20, 6 more than O'neill Yobech), tied Mendiola for second in runs (14), tied Epeli Ratabacaca for second in earned runs (10), tied for 7th in walks (5) and was 5th in K (7).
