Biographical Information[edit]
Pitcher Travis Craven played college ball at Whitman College from 2017-2021. He then attended the University of Southern California (USC) where he earned a master's degree in Biokinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Science in 2023. At USC, Craven was particularly interested in "exploring shoulder and elbow movement in overhead athletes in order to maximize performance and injury prevention".[1]
The San Diego Padres hired Craven for a pitching coach position with the DSL Padres Gold in 2025 and Lake Elsinore Storm in 2026.
