Biographical Information

Toshio Kameda signed with the Osaka Tigers in 1939, and he had a 3.60 ERA in 2 games in his first season. He was 2-1 with a 0.90 ERA in 1940, and he returned to the USA when relations between the USA and Japan broke down early in World War II. His brother Tadashi Kameda also pitched in NPB.
