Biographical Information

Shigeki Fujimoto was drafted by the Yomiuri Giants in the 6th round of the 1982 NPB draft, and he only played one game for the big club before he announced his retirement in 1989. He later became a scout, signing Naoki Yoshikawa, Shun Ikeda, Yuya Kubo, Kenji Yano, Masanori Hayashi, Manabu Iwadate and Tetsuya Matsumoto.
