Biographical Information[edit]
Sadhna was on the Indian women's national team in the 2023 Women's Baseball Asian Cup. She debuted against Indonesia, starting at third base and hitting 8th. She struck out against Made Ayu Oktaviani her first time up but later added a RBI double off Nawra Salma Fatima. Moving to the mound to relieve Jyoti Pawar in the 3rd, she got the win over Oktaviani, allowing 7 hits, a walk and 5 runs (3 earned) over four innings, striking out two (Afiska Louhenapessy and Ilka Arunia Emogene). She did not fare as well after relieving Pawar versus the Philippines, allowing three hits and a walk while the only out was registered on the basepaths; Renu replaced her. For the event, she had a 9.69 ERA and hit .333/.333/.667 with two RBI in two games, fielding .700. She led India with two extra-base hits despite her part-time role and had their lone win in the main round. She tied for third in the Cup in errors (3). [1]
