Biographical Information[edit]

Made Ayu Oktaviani has been on the Indonesian women's national team.

She pitched their first game ever, in their 2023 Women's Baseball Asian Cup debut versus Sri Lanka. She went 1-2-3 against Dilani Nipunika Dissanayake Mudiyanselage, Darshani Hemakanthi Wickramanayake Naketh Gedara and Harshika Priyadarshani Kahennalage, striking out the first and third batters. She gave up two runs in the second then turned it over to Siti Aisyah Nadia Putri. She had Indonesia's highest ERA in the opening round. In the main round of the competition, she dropped decisions to the Philippines' Jojielyn Lim and India's Sadhna. She had their best ERA in the main round, 8.75 to #2 Nawra Salma Fatima' 14.00. [1]

Oktaviani won three contests in relief when Indonesia swept the 2025 Women's Baseball Asian Cup Qualifiers to win a spot in the 2025 Women's Baseball Asian Cup. She beat Cambodia's Sreypich Lay, India's Reshma Shivaji Punekar and Pakistan's Samia Khalid. She had a 0.66 ERA and 13 K in 10 1/3 IP for the qualifiers. She won the most games in the qualifiers, led in ERA (.28 ahead of Ramandeep Kaur), tied for third in appearances (4), was 8th in innings and ranked 6th in strikeouts. [2]
