Riordan Windster has played regularly for the Curaçao national team.
In the 2019 World Port Tournament, he hit .333/.364/.429 with 6 runs in 7 games, fielding .917. He was 10th in slugging, tied for 8th in average, tied Rayshelon Carolina for third in runs and tied for 8th with 12 assists. [1] At the 2021 Caribbean Baseball Cup, he hit an impressive .500/.615/.900 with six runs in four games. [2] He was 0 for 2 with a run and a RBI in the 2022 Haarlem Baseball Week; the run was a big one. Pinch-running for Johnny Gregorius in the 8th inning, he scored the tying run against the US to make it 2-2 in a 3-2 upset win. [3] He was 0 for 1 with a walk in the 2022 Caribbean Baseball Cup; Curaçao won to get a spot in the 2023 Central American and Caribbean Games, their first Central American and Caribbean Games after breaking off from the Netherlands Antilles. The third baseman was 3-for-3 against the Dominicans in the 2024 Caribbean Baseball Cup but 0 for 2 in the other games. His team defended its title. [5] During the 2025 Bolivarian Games, he hit .176/.333/.235 and fielded .857 but scored 7 runs in 5 games. He was second in the Games in runs, one behind MVP Tito Polo. He also was 9th in assists (8) but tied Rider Zevallos for 3rd in errors (3). [6] He then joined the 2025 Caribbean Baseball Cup, which was already underway; Stephan Vidal, Jayden Felicia, Klevert Martina and Clarence Martina all hurried over to the Bahamas as well to reinforce Curaçao after appearing for them in the Bolivarian Games. He got into one game as a backup to SS Mairoshendrick Martinus, going 0 for 2 with a walk and a run. His team won to get a spot in the 2026 Central American and Caribbean Games. [7]
