Northwest Territories

The Northwest Territories are one of Canada's three northern territories, occupying the middle segment of the country's far north, with Yukon to the west and Nunavut to the east. The territory used to be much larger as not only were the two other territories split off from the NWT, but also the provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan. The capital is Yellowknife.

There is some baseball played here, mainly some Midnight Sun games played in the capital at the height of summer when the sun barely sets at night.
