Biographical Information

Norihiko Nabara has played in Nippon Pro Baseball.

Nabara was drafted by the Hiroshima Carp in the first round of the development phase in the 2022 NPB draft; the scout was Yoshihisa Kondo. He hit .226/.331/.302 in 59 games in the NPB Farm Leagues in 2026, and he had a .256/.306/.333 batting line there in 2024. Nabara then hit .229/.275/.265 in 56 games in 2025, and he finally made his NPB debut on May 22, 2026 against the Chunichi Dragons. He got his first strikeout against Yuya Yanagi, and he became the first development player in NPB history to collect multiple hits in each of his first three games.
