Biographical Information

Pitcher Nathan Wiles is the brother of Collin Wiles. He was drafted by the Tampa Bay Rays in the 8th round of the 2019 amateur draft out of the University of Oklahoma and pitched in their system until the end of the 2024 season. He pitched in AAA with the Durham Bulls in both 2023 and 2024, albeit with an ERA above 5.50 both years.

He was acquired by the Atlanta Braves from the Rays during spring training in 2025, and was called up to the Show after making 3 starts for the Gwinnett Stripers at the beginning of the year, posting an ERA of 0.64. In his debut on April 22nd, he pitched the final inning of a 10-4 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals, allowing 3 runs on 4 hits.
